My job title is within NORAD is an Air Surveillance Technician (AST) and I monitor and help maintain the radar assets around Canada that are used by NORAD to defend North America.
What motivated you to pursue a graduate degree with ERAU?
I was motivated to get a graduate degree to expand my knowledge of aviation. I had a great academic advisor in my undergrad and that kept me motivated to stay with ERAU. I do get more than just the degree out of the graduate degree program, I will also be able to add new skillsets in my work environment and move up the ranks faster too.
How has your education helped you pursue and fulfill your goals?
I was originally looking at ERAU because it is so well recognized worldwide. It is recognized so much that my employer has promoted me quickly so I can add my new found skills to the organization. I am also in the running to become an officer in my trade because of all the education I have been able to pursue through ERAU.

The best advice I have for people is never stop learning. It’s a competitive market place and ERAU has many certificates to help you upgrade your skills. ERAU has an extensive network of employers that are looking for students who have graduated from ERAU.
