Discuss your background prior to starting at ERAU.
I started my professional pursuits in the United States Air Force. This path provided a perfect channel for my love of aviation and service to others. I rose through the ranks of aircraft inspection, team leader, and shift supervisor. My breadth of experience in the military led me to complete my associates degree and A&P license while still on active duty. After his time in the Air Force, I completed a Bachelor’s of Science in Aviation Management as well as my Master of Business Administration degree from Embry-Riddle’s Daytona Beach campus. Following graduation, Iwas employed as an academic advisor for the Embry-Riddle Worldwide (WW) Online campus. I then worked for the Embry-Riddle WW VA Department as a School Certifying official and VA Counselor. My prior experience and passion for both students and the industry we serve made me a great fit for the Career Services department. I currently serves the team as a project manager. I also serves the University as the former treasurer and current vice president for our Women in Aviation WW Chapter as well as the director of events for our Workplace Environment Quality Counsel.

My passion for students and the industry coupled with my prior experienced has created a harvest that I look forward to leveraging to benefit our students, my team, and the University.
