Prescott Industry/Career Expo 2025

The Industry/Career Expo provides your organization an opportunity to meet and recruit diverse candidates, including first-year through graduate-level students, recent graduates and experienced alumni, all representing a wide range of degree areas and career focuses. This event attracts over 800 students.

Please note that this event is only open to Embry-Riddle students and alumni.

Employer Registration

Employer registration is done through Handshake.com, where you can provide company information, representatives’ names/email addresses and types of positions you are recruiting for. Electricity and interview booth needs can also be specified. If you have any questions, please contact Marley Olson at olsonm19@erau.edu.

    Early Exhibitor Check-in: 2-5 p.m.
    Company Information Sessions: 5-6:30 p.m.
    Graduation Senior Company Tabling Sessions: 5-6:30 p.m.

    Thursday, Feb. 20, 2025

    Exhibitor Check-in: 8:30-10 a.m.
    Expo Hours: 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

  • Friday, Feb. 21, 2025

    Optional Interview Day: 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (Student Union, Bldg. 16 Hangar)

Exhibitor Check-In

The Industry/Career Expo is held in the Activities Center/Gymnasium (Bldg. 80) on the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Prescott campus. Exhibitor name badges will be issued at check-in. Exhibitor badges are issued only to the personnel staffing the booth. The name of the exhibiting company and exhibitor, as it appears on the registration form, will appear on each badge. Badges must be worn at all times during Expo hours and will serve as your pass to lunch and the Employer Lounge.

The Activities Center/Gymnasium is located in Building 80 on Dobberteen Dr. The main campus is located at 3700 Willow Creek Rd., Prescott, Arizona, 86301.

Booth Info

Booth Specifications

The standard booth size is 8-feet-deep by 10-feet-wide and includes a 6-foot table, two chairs and a tablecloth. For elecricity, additional tables and chairs, see the add-on options with registration. 

Assignment of Space

Embry‑Riddle reserves the right to assign booth space as best meets the needs of the Career Expo.

Sponsorships and Advertising

You are invited to advertise in the Industry/Career Expo program or to explore sponsorship opportunities to further promote your company and demonstrate your support of the Embry-Riddle community.

Event Policies

Cancellations

Cancellations made after Feb. 17, 2025, are nonrefundable.

No-Show Policy

Employers who do not show up the day of the event are still responsible for full payment. If payment has not been made, an invoice will be sent via email. Employers owing a balance will not be able to register for future events until the balance is paid in full.

Security

Embry-Riddle provides 24-hour campus patrols; however, ERAU assumes no liability for damage or loss of property. The ultimate responsibility remains with the individual exhibitors to protect their property. The doors to the Activity Center/Gymnasium will be locked at 7 p.m. on Feb. 19 and will open at 8 a.m. on Feb. 20.
