Consider making a tax deductible donation to the Co-op/Internship Assistance Program and assist a Daytona Beach, Prescott, or Worldwide Co-op/Intern student with financial assistance for expenses during a Co-op/Intern semester. Your generosity could help to minimize financial burden, therefore, allowing students to get the maximum out of the Co-op/Intern experience.
The program began in the Summer of 2003 and will continue each summer semester, as long as funding is available. We are seeking corporate and individual donations in order to offer this opportunity to deserving students for summer.
Applicants must comply with University Co-op/Intern policy, meet Co-op/Intern eligibility requirements and be a full-time student enrolled in the current and past semester in order to submit an application packet. A resume, transcript and an essay on What a Co-op Opportunity Will Mean to Me are required documents.
A committee of Career Services staff members at each respective campus will select recipients. Students will be awarded Co-op/Internship Assistance Award funding for the summer, provided the applicant is selected by a company for a Summer Co-op/Internship and has completed a Co-op/Intern contract by the May deadline.
Thank you for your consideration to participate in this important program.
